Job Description:
- Position: Administrative Assistant
- Location: Private Villa, Santa Cruz La Laguna, Sololá, Guatemala
- Contract Type: Full-time / On-site
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Compensation:
- Monthly Salary: USD $650-1000
- Benefits: Housing provided by the employer
- Travel Arranging for CEO
- Accompany CEO on Travel trips
- Additional benefits such as performance bonuses
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide support in basic administrative tasks: handling and assisting with projects, budget control, making phone calls, and contacting vendors if necessary
- Prepare meals
- Keep villa spaces clean and organized (interior)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience as an assistant, or receptionist or housekeeper
- Cooking skills
- Basic knowledge of document organization or budget control
- Proactive, organized, discreet, honest, and well-presented
- Minimum education: Technical degree in Hospitality or Administration (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Preferably without commitments that limit full availability
- English not required is a plus
