Job Description:

  • Position: Administrative Assistant
  • Location: Private Villa, Santa Cruz La Laguna, Sololá, Guatemala
  • Contract Type: Full-time / On-site
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We are looking for a well-organized and proactive individual with skills in cooking, cleaning, and the ability to assist with basic administrative tasks and project coordination.

Compensation:

  • Monthly Salary: USD $650-1000
  • Benefits: Housing provided by the employer
  • Travel Arranging for CEO
  • Accompany CEO on Travel trips
  • Additional benefits such as performance bonuses

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in basic administrative tasks: handling and assisting with projects, budget control, making phone calls, and contacting vendors if necessary
  • Prepare meals
  • Keep villa spaces clean and organized (interior)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience as an assistant, or receptionist or housekeeper
  • Cooking skills
  • Basic knowledge of document organization or budget control
  • Proactive, organized, discreet, honest, and well-presented
  • Minimum education: Technical degree in Hospitality or Administration (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • Preferably without commitments that limit full availability
  • English not required is a plus
